I am on sabbatical for the 2026–27 academic year, visiting the World Bank Research Department (DEC) in the fall and the Georgetown Department of Economics in the spring.
My research interests focus on understanding how to evaluate and improve the performance of public sector agencies and how government policies affect workers and firms.
Primary fields: Labor Economics, Organizational Economics, and Political Economy.
